This unit is New Old Stock. It has never been used but has been fully tested and works perfectly. Complete with bottom clamp. 
This hi-hat pad design attaches to a standard hi-hat stand. Inside of the pad is a sensor system and built-in hi-hat clutch that feels, realistic when pressed. The RHH130 also features a dual zone design consisting of pad and edge sections that offer greater dynamic realism
