This specialty snare drum is designed to offer warmth, volume and throaty attack in one package. The hybrid shell is an offshoot of the patented Edge design.
It features a heavy-gauge cast brass ring press-fit on top of a Maple and Mahogany plied shell.
Description:
This drum has some significant pitting on the exterior of the brass ring. The pitting creeps up slightly on the bearing edge on one spot (photo#7). There is also some rust scars on the exterior of the hoop. The interior of the of the brass ring only has a few blemishes. The wooden shell appears to be in mint condition.
